Day 1 - Arrival to Nairobi
Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. Meet and greet by your driver-guide, followed by transfer (approx. 40 minutes) to your hotel.
Afternoon at leisure. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a selected restaurant in the city. Overnight stay in Nairobi.
Day 2 - Flamingos at Lake Bogoria
After early breakfast drive north through the Great Rift Valley towards Lake Bogoria, a dramatic soda lake famous for its steaming hot springs, geysers and large flocks of flamingos.
Afternoon exploration of the lakeside and geothermal activity. Dinner and overnight at a lodge near the lake.
Day 3 – Rhinos at Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Early breakfast and departure for Ol Pejeta Conservancy, located on the Laikipia Plateau.
Afternoon game drive in this private conservancy, home to the “Big Five,” the largest population of black rhinos in East Africa and the last two northern white rhinos. Dinner and overnight at Ol Pejeta.
Day 4 – Unexplored Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast, drive north to Samburu National Reserve. Once closed to international tourism for many years, Samburu has only recently reopened, making it one of Kenya’s most authentic and less-crowded safari destinations.
Known for its rare wildlife species such as Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and Somali ostrich, it offers an experience far off the beaten track. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight in Samburu.
Day 5 - Samburu National Reserve
Full day in Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives. Explore the rugged landscapes along the Ewaso Ng’iro River and enjoy the unique wildlife sightings.
Dinner and overnight in Samburu.
Optional cultural visit to a Samburu village.
Day 6 – Flight to Masai Mara
After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight to the Masai Mara National Reserve.
Enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge or camp. Afternoon safari across the savannah. Dinner and overnight in the Masai Mara.
Day 7 - Masai Mara Safari
Spend a full day in the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. Look out for prides of lions, cheetahs, elephants and vast herds of plains game. Farewell dinner and overnight in the Masai Mara.
Optional early morning hot-air balloon safari or Masai Mara village visit
Day 8 – Return to Nairobi
After breakfast, enjoy a last early morning game drive before departing for Nairobi. Road transfer takes approx. 5–6 hours or you may opt for a 1-hour flight.
On arrival, transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight.
